Working together for the future of the Finowkanal
The Zweckverband Region Finowkanal is fully dedicated to securing the future of the Finowkanal, a unique piece of technical and cultural heritage. Currently our main task is the restoration of the historic locks – an important project that ensures that the canal stys open for boating and makes sure that future generations can also enjoy it.
In addition, we support the development of water-based tourism in the region and help create the conditions that allow the Finowkanal to be an enjoyable destination for visitors, boaters, and local residents alike.

Zweckverband Region Finowkanal
