The Finowfurt water hiking rest area offers paddlers and water hikers a well-located place to rest and spend the night on the Finowkanal. Paddlers can pitch their tents, and showers and toilets are available. The water hiking rest area is run by the student company Sofi UG. Canoes, a boat with an outboard motor and a houseboat can be hired on site. The surrounding area invites you to moor, relax and linger and is an ideal starting point for exploring the water and industrial culture of the region.
