In the 2025 season, our lock staff will operate the locks on the Finowkanal every day from 17th of April to 27th of October from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Please note: Due to construction work, the western locks at Ruhlsdorf, Leesenbrück, Grafenbrück, Schöpfurt, Heegermühle and Wolfswinkel are out of service. It is possible to enter the Finow Canal via the Liepe lock (boat lift) and the canal can be navigated as far as the Drahthammer lock (Eberswalde-Familiengarten).

Maximum speed: 6 km/h
Requirements for navigation: no licence required
Maximum boat dimensions L x W in metres: 41.50 x 5.10 m
Draught season 2025: 1.20 m (Exception see below)
