The season 2025 has ended.

We would like to thank all visitors and welcome you back to the Finow Canal from 18 April 2026.

Please note: the locks at Ruhlsdorf, Leesenbrück, Grafenbrück, Schöpfurt, Heegermühle and Wolfswinkel are currently undergoing onstruction work. Depending on the progress of the construction work, the first five locks are scheduled to be opened gradually during the 2026 season.

The Wolfswinkel lock will remain out of service during the 2026 season, meaning that it wont be possible to boat the entire length of the Finow Canal.

Maximum speed: 6 km/h
Requirements for navigation: no licence required
Maximum boat dimensions L x W in metres: 41.50 x 5.10 m
Boat draught: 1.20 m (Exception see ELWIS)
